Nada nuevo que no haya sido comentado ya en la entrada acerca de los guitarristas. Simplemente un pequeño recuerdo al inolvidable guitarrista californiano en el día en que se cumplen cuarenta años, nada menos, de su temprano y trágico fallecimiento en un accidente de aviación en 1982.

También se cumplen, de paso, treinta y cinco años de la publicación de TRIBUTE, el álbum en directo póstumo que recoge canciones de sus días con OZZY OSBOURNE y que fue editado en su memoria.

Nothing that hasn't already been talked about on the entry about top guitar players. Just a little act of remembrance of the great genius from California on the day that marks the 40th anniversary, nothing less, of his untimely and tragic passing in a plane crash in 1982.

Today also marks the 35th anniversary of the release of TRIBUTE, the live album which chronicles his time with OZZY OSBOURNE and which was released posthumously in his memory.

I hope you keep on devoting yourself to what you love the most, wherever you are.
