FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS, CLINT EASTWOOD!

Primera felicitación de cumpleaños que hago por aquí. No conozco la fecha de nacimiento de casi ninguna de las personas que haya podido nombrar en el blog, y no tengo ganas de investigar al respecto porque, entre otras cosas, no acabaría nunca. Por eso, y obviando algún recordatorio con motivo de algún aniversario destacado del fallecimiento de alguien a quien yo considere sobresaliente, no es mi intención que algo como esto se repita.

Pero el personaje merece la excepción, así como su edad (convenientemente equilibrada con una foto antigua), y también el hecho de que él mismo esté de total actualidad en este blog, debido a la publicación de varios monográficos acerca de su trabajo y, en cierta medida, su vida.

Así que haré una excepción con Clint Eastwood. Y espero hacer unas cuantas más, por motivos obvios.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CLINT EASTWOOD!

This is the first birthday greeting I do here. I do not know the day the vast majority of people I may have cited on the blog were born on, and I do not feel like doing any research on the subject because, among other reasons, the task would become neverending. This is why, leaving out some entries to commemorate the anniversay of the passing of someone who I deem remarkable, it is not my intention to repeat something like this.

But this person deserves to be an exception, and so does his age (conveniently counteracted by an old picture). And also the fact that he is currently a trend on the blog, due to the posting of several monographic entries on his career and, to a certain extent, on his life.

So, an exception is the order of the day with Clint Eastwood. And I hope there will be many more, for obvious reasons.
